| really liked this first episode, loved the mind games and all. The cgi on Manabu is kinda weird to look at, don't rlly get why they couldn't of just kept him 2d like everyone else. Other than that things moved bit too fast imo, Probably would of preferred if they left the game till the 2nd episode or something, would've loved to see much more of the main characters and their friendship cause right now the only ones who seem like friends are Yuuichi and Kokorogi |
| Disappointing, the pacing is so fast like freaking hypersonic missile, I don't like the game, it's like they're trying to hard look smart and complex but it ended looking silly, like some of the reason forcing these people to play this games doesn't makes sense to me And also since there is not much we know about the characters so most of the time I wondering "who are these people?" |

| Great first episode. I didn't expected to be this good. If is stays good or gets better it might have a chance to and up in my top 3 this season alongside the big boys like Kingdom and Spy x family |

Im gonna drop the classic one. Manga is way better. Don't understand me wrong, i read whole manga i wish for anime to continue and be popular as much as possible, i think they adapted it fairly good, but the faces and emotions in Manga are 11/10. | Well, it seemed there just isn’t enough money to go around with anime studios nowadays. Maybe there should just be fewer but better anime released every season so that anime like this one can actually look better. Oh well |

Not every source material has been adapted as a whole, Petshop of Horrors back at 90s got laughable FOUR OVAs and that's it, not even a tv-series. It's pretty rare when the series gets adapted from start to finish, even it's a short one. It needs to perform really well nowadays. I am pretty sure stuff like JJK, Demon Slayer, My Dress-Up Darling etc will be adapted up to the very last chapter, yet things like One Outs are long forgotten. |

| Damn, manga readers calling it rushed when the entire episode felt like a DBZ episode. I feel like it's much better to binge something like this than to watch it weekly. Anyway, very weak directing which is a huge problem as you need to have strong dramatic moments to carry this type of adaptation. Other than that, it's pretty hard to judge this for now although the manga seems like a better option here. |

| Not a fan of this so far. Pretty poor directing and pacing. I like the premise of trying to get friends to doubt each other but it's hard to feel any tension without any prior time spent with the characters, especially showing their dynamics as friends. Maybe it would have been better if the first episode showed some instances of them interacting before leading into the introduction of the game at the end of the episode. It could get better, but for now I'm unimpressed |

Its 1:1 Manga adaptation i checked, its just how it is in Manga, first they drop you into chaos and then you will get slowly explained, you guys better give it 5-6 eps and see it for yourself, it will change drastic from cliche start. |
