People should really distinguish between fantasy and reality in media, especially for adults. A book/film/game can make any kind of weird and extreme scenario, character, action, and yet it does not meant that those that consume it will imitate it or aprove of it in real life (for some women being raped is a fantasy, a fancy of imagination, but no way in hell they would want that to happen to them in everyday life).
Also, a book/film/game can be the most pure, normal and boring piece of work ever created, and yet some dude will see in it an inspiration to commit violence or worse.
Edit: This reminds me of the polemics that the videogame Hatred created like a decade ago. Everyone was screaming of the evil that game would do, the violence it would inspire, etc. Yet today, nobody even remembers it

It is the age old debate about art, media, and censorship, from time immemorial, according to the zeitgeist in trend.
